I made this snowman decoration for Holly. I had so much fun making it and I think it turned out really cute. I am going to have a really hard time giving this away! This is made out of styro foam, wire and paper clay. Here are some pictures of the steps as I created it. Enjoy!

Winter Hat
I know it isn't anything too special, especially since I just used one of those hat looms, but I love how fast these hats are to make. Here is my baby modeling her new winter hat.

Halloween Favors
So I really am into anything glitter right now and I really am into skulls and skeletons. I got the skull template off of Martha Stewart's website. I think these turned out fun!

Harvest Garland
I don't have many Thanksgiving decorations and I saw a garland in the store yesterday that I really liked. I thought I would attempt to make a similar one with stuff that I already had at home. (I used chipboard letters and painted them a tan color, once the paint was dry I covered the letters with craft glue and sprinkled a pretty copper glitter over each letter. I glued copper wire to the backs of each letter. I think it turned out pretty cute, maybe not as nice as the one in the store, but I didn't pay a lot to make mine.) I am trying to decide on a ribbon to tie on each side to give it a more finished look.

I like to make things...
and I thought it would be fun to share them with you and to have a place to keep pictures of all of them... some things I have given away as gifts and I end up forgetting about them so I thought it would be nice to post them all here on this blog. I will try to add directions for most of the projects too! Enjoy.
